1. Submitting a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can submit a complaint by emailing us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the problem (if applicable)

2. Accepted Complaints

Complaints will be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Product received is different from what was ordered
  • Product is non-functional upon delivery

In such cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement product
    OR
  • A full refund via bank transfer, depending on availability

3. Non-Accepted Complaints

Complaints will not be accepted for:

  • Products used improperly or damaged after delivery
  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. “I changed my mind”)
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections not affecting function
  • Failure to pay the COD delivery

4. Return Conditions

If a return is requested:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You must send the item back within 7 days after our return confirmation
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or wrong

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund (if applicable) via bank transfer within 7 working days.
We may request your IBAN or other details to process the refund.
